The suite begins one month out (30 days) from your wedding date! The Saguaro Suite is for couples who need a coordinator to ensure their day runs smoothly. This includes 10 hours day-of event coordination, timeline, rehearsal, consultation at venue and more! Just the day-of needs to make your wedding day run stress-free so you can focus on your party!
The Prickly Pear Suite
This suite begins six months out from your wedding date! The Prickly Pear Suite includes everything in the Saguaro + monthly checklists, vendor recommendations, monthly check-in's and 2 additional consultations. A little extra help for those last few month details!
The Agave Suite
The suite begins on our booking date! The Agave Suite includes everything the Saguaro & Prickly Pear Suites + the Design & Style Suite. This full planning package is designed to meet every aspect of the wedding planning process. Everything you need in preparation for the best day!

Design & Style Suite
This suite offers the complete design of the decor & style for your wedding. Included in the Agave Suite but can be added onto the other suites!
